Warriors and Worriers

ARE YOU A WORRIER OR A WARRIOR? - bizHQ

“Why worry

When you can pray?”

“It’s easier said than done”

Is what we also say.

Warrior or worrier

Which of the two are you?

In whom do you really trust?

Answer me true.

Believers, if you ask me,

Are prone to worrying,

Yet they do pray incessantly

With much warring.

Warriors

They appear to be

But worriers

Is what we see.

Project Thin Line is making a mobile VR ...

Seems a very thin line

Between the two,

Prayer warriors are worriers;

Is this what they do?

Hamstrung by terms

And engrossed with titles,

Trust and faith seem lacking

But are so vital.

Ineffective worriers

Masquerading as warriors

Touting faith and resilience

From concrete towers.

Warring with the enemy

For victory already won,

Looking like beaten down foes

Terrorized and undone.

This is the image I get

Like watching a performance

Where the bark is extremely loud

But is down on resistance.

Where is the faith?

Where is the trust?

Why are the warriors, worriers?

Why this anxious fuss?

David and Goliath – Bible Story From 1 Samuel 17

Goliath the warrior

Was felled by a stone

Where prior to this great victory

Israel did groan.

As cowardly worriers

They faced the Philistines

Until David with his sling shot

Arrived just in time.

Baal’s warriors warred

Against God on Mt Carmel,

But were reduced to losing worriers

When all of them fell.

Battles are not won

By how well Christians pray

But in unrelenting trust in Christ

Who is the way.

1 Kings 8:58 | That he may incline our hearts unto him, to walk in all his ways, and to keep his commandments, and his statutes, and his judgments, which he commanded our fathers.

From hearts inclined to God

Is where the battle is won;

Not in anyone’s skillful rhetoric

With words cleverly spun.

It’s not how we beg

Or how we moan and groan

But out of our humble hearts

Reserved for God’s throne.

Warriors are faithful

To the written Word of God,

Not trusting in worldly armour

Like Israel’s King Saul.

Prayer warriors worry

Like the worriers of Baal

Where worry indicates unbelief

And worry spells fail.

Impudence and Impedance

Euripides Quote: “Impudence is the worst of all human diseases.”

Impudence and Impedance:

Both can be shocking,

Don’t ever mix-up the two, though,

You’d leave people rocking.

Electricity: Learn Definition, Types, Uses & Facts

Rocking with laughter, I mean,

At your ignorance

Not knowing how to use the two

At that particular instance.

You’d find both in the classroom

As well as in the church

And if either ever get out of hand,

You may need an expert.

Rude behavior is contagious and on the rise

They are in the home too

And can give an unwelcome sound,

And in either case exercise caution

When children are around.

A child may be reprimanded

Because of his impudence,

That teacher is well within his right

To deal with insolence.

Teachers are strictly forbidden

To administer corporal punishment

So, children sometimes get away

With the occasional impudence.

However, impedance is different

And not nearly as forgiving,

For an impudent, hard-ears child,

It could be quite shocking.

TalkElectric.ng on Twitter: "The #humanbody will #conduct #electricity if direct body contact is made with an #electrically energized part while a similar contact is made simultaneously with another #conductive surface that is

The body conducts electricity

Whether direct or alternating,

With the former we may not feel it

But the latter can be shocking.

And so, it is very important,

To ensure safeguards are in place

Especially when children are present

In any electrical space.

Impudence is childish behavior

While the amount of current is impedance,

Both can be shocking, don’t forget,

And are oppose to resistance.

Why don't we put power lines underground? | Popular Science

Both create lines in the face

While one travels along lines

But don’t mix up the two, I caution you,

At any given time.
