Science Is Limited

Eugenie Scott quote: Science is a limited way of knowing, looking at just...

Science is limited

What a major difference

Between the God of creation

And science!

What is gravity’s purpose?

Does anybody know?

We know that it exists because

Experience tells us so.

Science answers questions

Of the physical type

But of purpose and meaning?

Not quite.

Science does not answer

The big questions of life,

Neither can it even resolve

The issues of strife.

Discoveries in science

Have made life better for us

But none of these innovations

Treats to our greed and lust.

Concerning our origin

Science falls flat on its face

And with regards to our purpose

This it can’t even trace.

Eugenie Scott quote: Science is a limited way of knowing, looking at just...

Regarding our destiny

Science is profoundly silent,

It needs an additional tool

To even make a dent.

This tool is the Bible

The Holy Word of God

That foolish men revile and mock

At home and abroad.

Treating it as unscientific

And full of fairy tales and myths

While rejecting God’s love

And His unspeakable gift.

Science teaches us nothing

But what we make of it,

I know this sounds contradictory

But just wait a minute.

The Steps of the Scientific Method for Kids - Science for Children: FreeSchool - YouTube

Through studied observation

And experimentation

Scientists seek the answers

To myriad questions.

The purpose for water

Was not answered by science,

But this was clearly facilitated

By a supreme intelligence.

Humans need water,

Yet science didn’t point out this

But there is an innate connection

That none can miss.

The need is built-in

In both animals and plants

And humans are no different;

There’s not a chance.

Science explains the brain

But cannot fathom the mind,

It can search the human anatomy

But the mind it’ll never find.

So too the heart of man-

Not what pumps the blood,

To find the seat of one’s emotions

Science never could.

Science is limited

But the Almighty God is not,

It is He that has created us

And given us all we’ve got.

The knowledge to do science

Came from Elohim

The God who is the I AM THAT IAM

And thus, always has been.

God is the Law Maker

And the Law Giver too

And He controls nature and science

And both me and you.

Gravity functions

Because God made it so,

Planted seeds die and germinate

And God makes them grow.

Eugenie Scott quote: Science is a limited way of knowing, looking at just...

Science does none of these

It doesn’t have a mind,

And though it helps us make a clock

It cannot tell the time.

I could go on and on

To speak of energy of all kinds

But I have had you long enough

And I am out of time.

So, if you believe

That science explains away God

Then you have as much sense

As a table tennis ball.

Ant-ology

Six legs good | Environment | The Guardian

I am into ant-ology

It’s nothing I enjoy

But having come face-to-face with ants,

I was instantly employed.

And I mean face to face

Since that is where they often are,

As the saying goes, “in your face”

Like drunkards in a bar.

They must be wind borne

For suddenly they are on your face,

In truth you do not see them

But their smell is easy to trace.

It’s an interesting smell

Like no other that I know,

Their smell is big, my friend,

But there is little else to show.

They are so very tiny

That they can be difficult to spot

Except it’s a white background,

Then you will see a moving dot.

I wonder, do they have a heart?

Do they breathe like we do?

Do they have an alimentary canal

And chew like me and you?

Tiny Ants in the House - Ehrlich's DeBugged blog

If the adults are so small

What is the size of their young?

Do they come with all the parts

Or only as they become strong?

I have stepped upon an ant

And it actually survived,

I was so mad that I crushed it

Then I knew for a fact it died.

As small as they are,

They can deliver a painful bite,

You may argue it’s a sting

And perhaps, you may be right.

It really doesn’t matter

Whether It’s a sting or bite,

It’s the pain that I experience

Morning, noon and night.

Tell me, do ants ever sleep?

And how can one tell?

Could they also have broken a leg

At any of the times they fell?

Or, can they fall at all,

Considering they are so light?

I guess gravity only affects them

If they’re below a certain height.

Well, so much for my ant-ology

It’s late so I must be gone,

If you want to know a little more

Apply for Ant-ology 101.

Stings | National Fire Ant Eradication Program

It must be no later than…

Before or after the last bite,

Please also come with the evidence

The ant also has a right.

During the time I was typing

I was bitten no less than thrice,

You would think that by now they would know

That to bite is total sacrifice.

God’s Wisdom

The world’s wisdom is folly
That is in the eyes of the Lord,
And man’s understanding is naught
When compared to that of God.

For there is no comparison
Between the Lord and any
 And that includes Solomon
And the Devil our archenemy.

Understand what I mean by comparison
The two cannot be compared,
It is like one is infinite
And the other is quite bare.

So that the only wisdom is God’s
Since outside of Him is folly,
If anyone is truly wise today
Then that someone is also godly.

The world boast of its inventions
Its advances in technology
But could not have come by such
Outside of the Holy Trinity.

It is God the Father that created,
It is God the Holy Spirit that moved,
It is by the Word it was created
And this is the cardinal rule.

God created the forces
By which man’s innovations work:
Be it electronic or mechanical
They all need God’s support.

The sound waves and light waves
Gravity and cyberspace
Are expressions of God’s wisdom
With which the universe is laced.

Energy of all types and sorts
Were bred by the wisdom of God
Whose creation of all we see
Every human should applaud.

God’s wisdom is phenomenal
It has gone past finding out
But rest assured my skeptical friend
It is how everything came about.

God’s design and implementation
Speak forth in all that we see
And though by the Word He spoke it
It is still a mystery.

But more believable than evolution
That has no sure design,
The wisdom of God Almighty
Infinitely eclipses the human mind.

Enthused and Amused

Image result for images for a flat earth

The earth has got to be flat
And I’ll tell you the reason why
Because people living in Australia
Are looking up at the sky.

If the earth were spherical
No way that could have occurred
Since they would be down under
And that I cannot picture.

As a sphere I would imagine
They would never see the sky
But since the earth is really flat
Anyone can see the reason why.

I know that you are laughing
And you think that I am mad
But having carefully studied this
I find it more than just a fad.

Image result for Images of NASA

Those so called photos from NASA
Had me fooled a long time
But I discovered it was just a trick
To mess around with my mind.

As you know and I know too
A sphere has a shape like a ball
So that people at the bottom of it
From it would likely fall.

But since the earth is truly flat
That is not the likelihood
For nobody has ever fallen off
As on a sphere some really would.

On a clear and cloudless night
Take a good look at the moon
It bears the shape of a simple disk
So it’s flat you can assume.

Extrapolate that to the earth
And you would see just what I mean
Like the moon the earth is flat
And not round as many have deemed.

The people in Columbus’ day
Were definitely of the right notion,
Columbus never proved them wrong
On account of the size of the ocean.

You see the oceans of the earth
Are huge beyond our measure
But we pretend to know their size
And also their hidden treasure.

Image result for images for Christopher Columbus

We have swallowed Columbus’ lie
Even though reality says otherwise,
It is so stuck within our minds
That flat earth believers we despise.

Draw a picture of the earth
Then draw the people on the sides
Now examine what you have drawn,
Reality and fiction you’ve reconciled.

Do you see the ones at the top?
They are likely to stay in place
But very few do live in that spot,
Why, that would be a colossal disgrace.

For that is one of the coldest spots
That not many people would inhabit
So if the earth were really round
Not many people would be living on it.

Image result for images of people falling off the earth

Those along the sides and bottom
Would long have fallen off
Unless of course they are stuck with glue,
At such I would have to scoff

I know that your glue is gravity
That is the reason you would give,
But with those at the bottom upside down
How would you expect them to live?

The final point to make is this
You argue that the earth is spinning,
Stop for a moment and think about that
By now you must be grinning.

Already you have a problem
So that you have to stick people on,
Add to that a spinning earth
And those at the top would soon be gone.

“Put on your seat-belts everyone
You are in for a turbulent ride.”
I’m just joking; there’s no need for that,
The earth is flat: no bottom, no sides.

If you must, be enthused and amused
But please don’t be confused.
You can believe whatever you choose
But please don’t fall for Satan’s ruse.

He knows how to enthuse and amuse,
He knows how to bemuse and confuse,
His objective is to misuse and abuse
Until the hope of salvation you lose.
