Searching for love?
You won’t find it that way
You’ll just fail in your search
Each and every day
Trying to buy love?
That is even worse
If money could buy it
Many would be cursed
Some can bargain well
And their talk is smooth
But still can’t find love
Be it a prude or dude
Some are captured
By a pretty face
But as the novelty wears off
There is just distaste
Some search in a place
Or an inanimate thing
But the love you need
None of these can bring
The love you need
You’ll find it not
This love must find you
It’s who rather than what
We don’t find love
Love finds us
The love I mean is
The one called Jesus
They tell me
Confession is good for the soul
One must stop pretending
If one wants to be whole
Like your situation
Similar was mine
Until Love found me
At just the right time
So my entreaty to you is
Let Love find you
Wherever you are
He has you in his view
Your search will take you
In a different direction
So just stop where you are
He knows your location
As he comes to you
Don’t run away
Let his love find you
No longer delay
Accept his love
Let it warm your heart
For once his love finds you
It will never depart
