Worship God in holiness
Worship God in truth,
Worship God in Spirit,
Let our living be the proof.
Worship God from inside
Let it show without,
Worship is a lifestyle
Give an occasional shout.
Worship God in the morning
At noon, in the evening too,
Worship in the nighttime
Worship all day through.
Worship in the good times
Worship when it’s bad,
In the midst of happiness
Worship when you’re sad.
When the going is rough
Worship the Almighty God,
And when the sailing is smooth
Spread His praise abroad.
Worship time is every time
For a life that’s given to Christ
In cognizance of God’s grace
And His redeeming sacrifice.
His worship place: our temple,
Our bivouac of life,
Whatever the situation
Whether it’s peace or strife.
Worship God and God alone
He alone deserves it,
As we do our daily chores
Worship must be our habit.
Fill the earth with His praise
For His goodness every day,
And when evil dogs our way
Still worship in song and pray.
Worship God with our lips
Worship Him with our hands,
Out of hearts made pure
Let our desire be His command.
